Baroudeur® Special Series Hollow Blade
This version of the Baroudeur knife was the V1: the origin of the Baroudeur® and official equipment of the French army.
Initially designed according to the requirements of the French armies, its hollowed blade is a testimony to its heritage. However, we took your feedback into account and decided to offer a more classic version with a full blade.
We are providing you with a limited number of copies (only 500). This knife was officially used by our soldiers as a field knife from 2001 to 2017. A worthy successor to the Bivouac®, it prepares the ground for the CAC®.
The Baroudeur® knife has faithfully accompanied our soldiers during all their operational missions around the world. Its blade is locked using a precisely machined Liner-Lock. In addition, it still offers the functionalities of can openers and corkscrews, cutlery... which made the success of its worthy predecessor, the Bivouac®.

The aesthetics and functionality of this knife were largely defined by the army services, through the SCA (Central Army Service). TB was responsible for shaping these requirements, as well as mechanical development and manufacturing, adhering to particularly rigorous specifications.
Compared to the Bivouac®, the Baroudeur® is more robust, but also heavier. Cutlery is still included with the knife, but it is no longer attached to it. Locking is ensured by a Liner-lock, whose reliability is guaranteed by precise manufacturing using high-precision machining tools. Moreover, it is possible to open the knife with one hand... as long as you are right-handed.
Baroudeur® is the first knife that benefited from numerical control machines, as well as laser cutting machines, allowing for large-scale manufacturing with increased regularity and reliability.
With the announced end of its production, Baroudeur® will mark the history of soldiers' equipment. To date, it is the knife that has accompanied our soldiers the longest. There is still time to buy this piece of history!
