Returning a TB-Outdoor product.

You have a legal period of 14 days to return a product in perfect working condition (unused) accompanied by the original invoice. Products with personalization cannot be returned. The return of goods must be done solely by mail, unless otherwise specified. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of TB Groupe, by email or by phone.
