We strive to offer you the best possible delivery options. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping methods, rates, and the countries we serve.
Delivery in Metropolitan France
We offer several options to receive your orders in France:
- Mondial Relay (to a pick-up point), 3-6 days: cost: €3.50 & FREE delivery for all orders of €59 or more.
- Colissimo (delivery to a pick-up point OR home), 3-4 days: cost: €9.00.
- DHL Express (express home delivery), 24/48 hours: cost: €16.00.
Delivery to a pick-up point
For delivery options to a pick-up point, the location is selected during checkout, before payment.
If the selected point is unavailable (due to capacity, closure), the carrier may redirect your package to another nearby pick-up point. You will be notified of this by email or SMS.
You have the period indicated in the carrier's notification to collect your package from the time it becomes available, upon presentation of a valid ID. After this period, the package will be returned to us. You may then request its reshipment (shipping costs at your expense) or a refund, under the conditions provided for in our general terms and conditions of sale.
International delivery
